Always good value car rental. Highly recommend Avis.
Don't try to rent here last minute. They won't accommodate last minute customers. I needed a car for a week and he said he could not rent for people that had been there earlier when they didnt have cars, and he was not going to rent one they have now for me with no reservation. I didnt know ahead of time that I would have a family emergency and need a car. Thanks for making a difficult moment even worse.. I guess it might be a good place as long as you don't have any last minute requests. I am attaching a photo of the parking lot which clearly shows how many vehicles they currently have here.
Customer service is not that great at this location. They leave you up to 30 minutes on hold (phone call)
Dudes look like they hate their job
I used to rent a car here about 4 times a year. Never again. Had to return my car early, but they refused to give me a refund. If it were possible, I would give zero stars
Very friendly employees - I’m usually satisfied with the cars I rent at Avis, not so much this time. But Avis made it right so I’m happy:)
Super unhelpful and almost rude guy who worked there.
I am frequent business renter and Manny who runs this office is amazing. Always so friendly, does everything to ensure I get what I need (including Apple Car Play which is always my request). He makes the pickup and drop off process a fantastic experience. Thank you!
